DIY : Charlotte Mason Homeschool Planner

charlotte mason homeschool planner diyIt is almost the start of a brand new school year, which means a brand new school planner!

It’s one of my very favorite things to sit and organize and put together for myself.

This years has more changes from last year – it’s going to take me a little bit of time to get all the new pages online (sorry … we are going through some big changes at home and it’s always been family first.)

The pages from this year and previous ones can be found here.
I ended up making my own calendar as the free one I liked was no longer free and I love having the extra writing space around the calendar – I utilize that a ton!

This is the heavier weight paper I use. It’s just a bit more durable than your normal printer paper and makes a HUGE difference in your planner.

I made a video to show you this years planner since I haven’t gotten the new pages online yet. It turned in to an EIGHT MINUTE video! Sorry. I didn’t know I had so much to say!!

  1. LOVE!!! I’m so glad you pointed out the book list on Ambleside…didn’t realize they had one, comprehensive list!! I have copied so many of your ideas in my own planner and they are well thought out and work fantastic!!

  2. I am homeschooling my 5th and 6th graders this year for the first time and love the idea of a homeschool planner and yours is the best I’ve have seen! How many of each page do you recommend printing off for two homeschoolers?

    • Congrats on the beginning of your journey, Katie!
I plan for a 36 week year, with 3 12 week terms – so then print accordingly. Hope that helps!
