Homemade sushi is so very fun and extremely simple to make.

I used this recipe and it was enjoyed by all {those that don’t enjoy nori – such as myself and my eldest -simply rolled everything up in just rice}

The evening was made more enjoyable with the addition of family and friends gathered around our table.

Naturally chopsticks were in order.

And, naturally, they turned into weapons when he couldn’t master the traditional use of them.

Creating memories and special moments can be as simple as switching up regular dinner plans.
