Have you tried Lara Bars before? They are so good, but even better made at home! We have done a variety of flavors and you really can’t mess them up.
This is a simple, delicious version that we have been enjoying over the last couple months:
Homemade Lara Bars
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1/4 cup seeded dates
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Put in blender or food processor and blend. Shape into bars or balls.
My friend shared this tip with me: put the nuts in first to help keep the blade from getting sticky from the dates – it really works!

Seeded means seeds removed
